It is CNS and bad pseudo-jornalism, so her feigned outrage is not surprising at all, and yes, perhaps left to its own devices, mythology would turn America into a third-world nation. Probably she does not believe in the inquisition and the crusades. After all many like her even deny the Holocaust took place.

Luckily for all of us, the First Amendment stands between the 3rd world and secularism.

Which is really what Brigitte's diatribe was all about. She was not interested in listening to the woman's question or answering it, for that matter. She just wanted to prove the woman was guilty by association. Again, unfortunately for her and her ilk, the US Constitution stands between the religion of love and the secularism of our nation.

You took different incidents from different countries and acted like they were the norm. I'm doubtful riding the world of Islam would eliminate all of the things you listed. It's traditionalism and moral conservatism that creates these situations. When people hold strong to the "back in my day" #######, cultures stutter to move forward.

You didn't answer the question - I'll give you my answer: I will use the world radical to describe those who pass state laws that punish anyone for not following a certain religious bent or custom. Today Islam is the worst offender by far.

I'd be worried about the people here in my own country than a radical Muslim, since I'm more likely to be struck by lightning or gunned down by a criminal than be killed by a terrorist attack.
