Can anyone Please direct me to the right form for this post..

I was married for 4 years to a woman from the Philippines. She left the relationship for someone else here in the states. And now we are divorced

I am aware I am still financially liable if she becomes a public burden.

She doesn't have her Citizenship yet.And has only been working for 1 year 3 months.

I know it's either 40 work quarters or her to become a citizen to clear me from the affidavit of support.

And does it effect my ex wife's citizenship process?

Does this divorce effect my chances of petitioning for another K-1 Visa?

You ex will need to wait 5 years of permanent residence before she can qualify to apply for citizenship, is the only affect the divorce has on her citizenship.

You can file for two K-1 visas in a lifetime, or one in two years. More than that and you will need to apply for a waiver. This is the only effect it has on the USA side of the process. It has been reported that the CFO is sometimes a bit tougher on ladies who's fiance has been married multiple times, or to other Filipinas. This often has more to do with how confident the Filipina is though.

I'm not sure what you mean by ,,,Or one in two years..? Does that mean I have to wait two years from the time of the divorce before I can file another K-1?

From the date of approval of a K-1 visa, you cannot get a second K-1 visa approved in the following two years without requesting and receiving a waiver.
