what are requirement for this visa was told thay the embassy will call me to start process but its july no contact from them should i start worrying? pleasr advise thanks

Visa should be V92/V93.

Provide more information on who petitioned for you, how you are related... and you may get more answers. Scant opening posts don't get much traffic or answers.

am so sorry..my petitioner is my mother who got asylum.our case was reaffirmed on aprill 2014 (due to positive dna tests)after filing a motion to reopen in march 2013. our first interview was in 2007 when we failed to submit dna tests.

Ok, so V92 case.

When did your mother first send in I-730, when was it approved, how old were you at the time and how old are you now?

If over 21 - there may not be a visa for you.

You'll be contacted by the embassy for interview and instructions on what to bring - # of photos, records...

Worst case scenario, mother naturalizes and files I-130 for you - if you're over 21, there will be wait time involved - ~7 years.

thanks for the response she filed in 2006 march and approaved on feb 2007 i was 12 years that time and am 20 years now
