My husband is US citizen and has an account in US bank.,I am citizen of Ukraine.

HOW can i joint my husbands account ,without me be in there physically..thank you..

You have to ask his bank.

I had to fill out a W8-ben form to be added to my husband's bank, but they are used to foreign spouses since it's a military bank.

Hi I had to get an ITIN number for my wife first before the bank would put her on my account but that takes a few months to do but every bank is different

You would need to check with his bank. I use a credit union, and they would not put my wife on my account, without her having an ITIN or SSN. We did get an ITIN, so we could file joint taxes. They also required a "wet" signature on the application, no faxed, or emailed copies were allowed.

Natalya will finally be here on Friday (woohoo!), so we held off on doing anything until she gets her SSN.
