My fiancee lives in Peru. If for some reason I can't get a fiancee visa or find any other way to bring my fiancee here to marry me in the usa. If they won't allow her here. Where can we be married and where can we share our lives together? I need some alternate plans for us to spend our lives together in case we find out somewhere down the road that we can't be married here in the usa. Are there any other countries where we may could both go to live together? Do any of them have less strict requirements for entry and citizenship? Please someone give me some good advice since this troubles me so very much any time I think about it. Since I don't know what we would do then and she is my life!!!

Start here: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...mp;page=compare Different marriage visas for the U.S. beyond the K1.

For other countries, as well as Peru, you'll have to check into their individual immigration agencies. People here are focused on getting to the U.S.

Just out of curiosity, why do you think she might not be approved? Unless there is something unusal that you are worried about and if you have not yet petitioned, might you be putting the cart before the horse?

YMMV

Have you sent in your petition yet? My fiance is from Peru too - our interview is in two weeks in Lima! Unless there is something unusal to your case - you should be fine as long as follow all the rules and do everything right. There are a lot of people from Peru on this site that can help you!

warmthoughts,

Unless you know the INA well enough to understand the things that make a person inadmissable, and have consulted with an experienced immigration attorney on the issue(s) that might make your fiancee inadmissable, you need to get some counseling for your paranoia.
