Palu, Dude I feel for U, don't let that woman Use U no more u ask for opinions

& heres mine. I always try to encourage ppl to work at their marriage I have

been married to one woman since my early 20s with 3 kids now 40s....Go to nearest

uscis office , report this as a marriage that's not bonafide, tell her u will get her a

ticket home & continue to take care of her back home & see if she can love u...buy the

ticket on your CC at the airport & make sure she goes on the plane & it takes off.

Leave the airport to a divorce atty & file, also continue to update fdns that it was

a fake marriage in the meantime....Please do not pay for anything else unless the

ticket, if U can tape her telling U all this go for it be smart bro, get a woman closer

to your age that is looking for love, companionship, care, stability and give the same

there are banging ladies very sensual, loving 44-54 yrs old you can find.

If she leave chagne phone# email addresses & ignore her

Posted

And now we have a record online of plans to withhold her green card.Well done.

Better let her go. Chalk it up to experience, a lesson learnt, of vanity of reality.. Divorce, inform ICE/USCIS of fraud.

If you are still seeking love/companionship maybe look a bit closer to home.

Thank you, goodnight and may your gods go with you",

Dave Allen.

Not an easy thing to admit, but with much embarrassment, I have to admit to being played... after so much work trying to get my wife into the US now I have to work at getting her away. Only three weeks here and her intentions are very clear. On second night she stated at 60 I should not have a desire for relations and stated she never had sexual feelings, ever.I asked why she had not previously mentioned this to me and that it was odd considering not one month before we agreed that she should be on the pill which she started before leaving for the US. The next day she said she didn't love me "but who knows, in a month I might". This from a female in her 30s. I offered to fly her home if she was so unhappy and she liked that idea because she thought I would continue to pay all of her living expenses as I had been doing since before we were married. No, that meant divorce. Not a good reaction from her. Now,we seldom talk and if so fight. She spends her days watching tv and smoking and talking to her new filipina friends. She moved into the spare bedroom on day 3 and has yet to unpack her suitcase.Next stop I guess is a lawyer to get me out of this mess as best I can and as fast as I can.And right now, all she will talk to me about is "when will the green card and ss card get here?".And I really did not see this coming. Love can be stupid as well as blind.

Sorry to hear you are going through this :(

You guys are playing with federal law. If she lives at that address she is supposed to get her mail there unless she notifies them to use a different address. Stop with the hiding the green card game. She has the one year stamp anyway.

She needs to go away as in out of your life. You can't have her deported, you can't "hide" her green card. File for divorce. She can worry about removing conditions on her green card when the divorce is final or if she even remembers to do so. Get her out of your life and move on. Beware of false domestic violence accusations as she can use these to file for her removal of conditions.

Have to agree with this. Screwing around with a green card that is not in the name of the OP and "intercepting" mail that is not destined for the OP, seems like a good way to get in trouble with two different federal agencies. No need to add federal charges to an already bad situation. People seem to forget that the green card is for the immigrant, and once issued has nothing to do with the USC.

As to the false domestic violence charges, I was reading the criteria on what is considered abuse for VAWA in the handout they give to the beneficiaries after the interview at the embassy. One of them was "withholding love" Seems that covers a lot.

Advice to the OP is to divorce, cut your losses, and move on.

Palu - there is some hope of withdrawing the I-864 with USCIS at a local office - but you must do it before the green card is printed.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

That does not sound logically possible, do you have an example?

I don't believe such a thing is possible. The green card is approved; that method of pulling it is now ended.

na - it's possible - up till the day before the green card is printed. Doesn't matter if a CR-1 or adjusting...

Look - she came in on a CR-1 visa - ELIS processing being what it is, a boon-doggle - that support can be pulled prior to green card printing at a local USCIS office. There's a very short time window to get it done...

nope - i don't have an example, but the cited source exists - and it drones on about the green card production timetick...

that stamp not matter if the withdrawal is successful.

bah - i've got it twisted - see

but I still think it's possible to withdraw.

You CANNOT withhold her green card. That is a sure way of getting into trouble.

As to the emotional part - at 60 you should know better than think a 30 yo is into you for anything but money/green card.

Yes, he will. Huge trouble. I am pretty sure it is a felony.

Couldn't agree more.

Another USC spouse victim.

I wonder if he would love her and marry her if she were 60 and he were in his 30s.

The green card from the mailbox and just keep it in safe keeping :) Not taking it away . Tell her you will pay for her to return home and continue supporting her and then don't do it. Then return the green card to immigration as un deliverable.

Would be very noble of him to lie to someone he calls a fraudster.

Remain classy, people!
