K1 AoS Application stuck on "Acceptance" - Can I contact USCIS about this?

Timeline

I've found a few examples of what I'm talking about. In the past I've had a J1 visa, not needing sponsorship and being allowed to work for any company. The same thing happened - interview goes well, we very clearly discuss my situation of not being a resident BUT being allowed to work for anyone. HR wants to hire me, but the associated red tape/policies make it impractical.

Hopefully the attached files work...

Northrop -> Skills -> Most positions require USC

Ametek -> Skills -> Other -> Due to Gov contracts, USC or LPR

TekPartners -> Description -> USC or LPR

Parasoft -> Skills -> USC or LPR
