AOS Interview - Letter from court saying no record?

My husband and I have our AOS Interview on Wednesday, July 9. I was going through the checklist, again to see what I needed to get done before the date. I have everything except "bring a letter from the court with jurisdiction indicating this(having no criminal record).

Do I need to have this? I have not been arrested. I have only been here since Sept. 2013.

If So, is it possible to get a copy of this right away, with no wait. I obviously don't have time now to wait on mail.

Thanks.

The first part of that sentence says, "If you have ever been arrested". If you have not been arrested, then it does not apply to you.
