hah he was honest AND got his visa! case closed.

Congrats! I was similarly of the same opinion as the other posters but I am, for one, glad to be proven wrong. Best of luck in figuring out the next step!

05/19/2011 - H1B petition (Cap-Exempt Premium Processing)

06/01/2011 - H1B Approval Notice


11/27/2013 - I-140 & I-485 (NIW) priority date

01/02/2014 - Biometrics appointment

01/27/2014 - I-131 & I765 approval notices

07/23/2014 - I-140 & I-485 APPROVAL NOTICE!!!!!

07/28/2014 - Green card arrives!
