caroly they didnt ask for my wife i864 form they only ask in email from my joined sponser and his wife since they are not together and joined sponser already sponser his mother and his mother got visa so they embassy knows they his wife and him are not longer together so he told me he will send me the form and tex retuned documents with his passport copy and i will attech my ds 260 with medical and picture and send it to embassy i hope thats work for me inshallah please praying for me and thank you so much for been there for us and for me god bless you

Your only going to delay your case further because they will only accept an original signature. When do you have to bring it? Why can't your friend just send it Fed-Ex?

Yes send the divorce documents along with his I864 to the embassy. Islamabad is a hard embassy to get through. They have always wanted an original signature on the I864. It will take 5 to 7 days to send the I864 to you by FedEx. It is worth the wait to have all your papers be perfect for the embassy.
