I had posted this topic on June 26 in this forum. It has been viewed by many, but I didn't receive any reply. Can anybody please help me???

Hi Everyone,

My K1 visa process is half way through. My husband (US Citizen) has applied for his son's (my step son) visa under I-130. The petition has been approved & we have filled DS-261 online & submitted successfully. I am little confused at this stage. when I signed in his immigration visa log in page, under "Affidavit of Support Documents & Financial Evidence" it is mentioned as "N/A" also under "Civil Documents" it is mentioned as "N/A" (snap shot copied as below forready reference). I am not sure what exactly does it mean. Can anyone throw some light on this? Are we not suppose to submit any documents in this particular case? Are we suppose to schedule our interview or no? Please help.

Did you get the letter that requests the civil documents? Once we received that, we sent in our documents and now we are waiting for a case complet. It's been a month! They say we need to wait up to 30 business days for the review. Once the case is complete, the consulate will schedule our interview. I've never heard of the applicant scheduling the interview. Good luck!

You need not wait for their mail. You can take a printout of the coversheet and send all the documents. Coversheet is available as soon as the invoice is marked Paid. Even though I have received their mail about submitting the docs but there are lots of people, who never received any mail. So it's better not to wait.

"N/A" will remain like that. This appeared since they upgraded the system about a month back. But still N/A is hyperlinked and it still open the same page that used to open earlier.
