Welcome to the forum.

Follow the directions on the ACS interview for rescheduling the interview. There are past threads describing the the success rate with rescheduling the appointment. Use the forum search function to find relevant threads. The general recommendation is to try to make the original interview. Remember it is their ball game, their rules, their ball field, not yours. It will likely delay your AOS approval, how long is anyone's guess?

Good luck on your immigration journey.
