USCIS TSC Delays

I am so sorry for those still waiting. I just seen some late March filers get NOA-2's Why is TSC all over the place? My heart goes out!

Well CSC approvals are already in June 2014. But TSC is apparently still working on Dec 2013 & Jan 2014 filers. Ridiculous. Especially since there's no apparent reason for the vast difference.

From everything that I have read on this site, TSC has a much higher work load. We are all in the same boat. My fiance and I are June filers. But since we have no way to complain about this process, comparing the efficiency of California and Texas only leaves you more frustrated.

From what I have seen TSC is processing more states, and more variety of applications, whereas California seems to have a lower number of applications coming in to begin with. Obviously, since California did not have a back log as of January, they are still on top of their work load.

Whatever it is, we cannot know because we are not the people working on these applications. Let's just remain positive through this whole process and wish well to those who are lucky enough to get through this process quicker.

My honey and I found that Skype calls really help. It's INCREDIBLY difficult to be so far apart but we have all made this conscious choice, let's not make it worse by trying to figure out what is happening behind the curtain.

I would suggest to start preparing for what you will need to do once you get NOA2. Do you have ALL the documents? Do you know how to request police certificates and whether your better half has all the needed immunizations? Just focus on that and be ready. That's all.

Sorry if I sound annoyed but these posts really are not helping you and being frustrated when so far away from your future spouse is not the solution.

I must be honest.....I get sooo beyond frustrated when I see people who file after me get their NOA2's before me. Granted, I am happy for all those who can move through this whole painful mind game of a system....but seriously, they need to process applications in the order in which they are received, unless they have special circumstances for an expedite. Taking applications all out of order isn't helping figure out their code...

I can agree. I know many of us on here say stay focused, positive. I to am happy for every approval because at least that means somebody is working. But again when I see someone that filed waaaayyyy after and have not had to wait as long I do become very annoyed. I feel that I have waited, we are all waiting and being patient. So to say be still and quiet when injustice is being done is a lot much to ask although you don't have any choice because we are not the one in charge. I feel bad for those in front of me. Example how many of us would like to go to a bank to deposit money. Wait in a long line, get all the way to the front...a window with an available teller is freed, then all of a sudden the teller calls someone that just walked in from outside to that window. How many would be so calm about it? I know I am just venting and that's ok. It just sucks that their is no order about this long tedious process and we are all consumers. Ok.... now back to waiting

Hahahaha you just filed I want to see just what your attitude will be like after a few months of waiting...and approvals after yours. Through financial strain, missing your spouse, LDR. You are going to be frazzled too! Hahahaha welcome to the journey.

We have been long distance for 4 years. We knew exactly what we were getting into with this thing. All the ppl so far getting their NOA2s quickly , seem to be in the California Center... just sayin'

A few of you that are living state side can call CNN and place an anonymous news tip about TCS delay and they may pick up the lead and bring some help. Look what just happened at the VA once the news agencies got involved.

Are these US government employees being over worked or are they just under performing?

Folks, if you look at the processing times, the Texas Center is processing WAYYY more types of applications than the other two. It looks like they are the only ones doing N-400, which is the citizenship applications. Also, when CSC was behind last year, their work load got placed into TSC. Cut them some slack. Obviously they are overworked. Badgering them and getting the news on them will only anger them more. It is what it is

No I have a few close friends that are not in CSC and are weeks-months after mine. Although I am ecstatic for them..again its not justice. Check this out we are at the same TSC service center so what's up with that? Plus I saw some info where TSC were requesting to be given more petitions than they were able 2 process. The question that was on the table is.."why bite off more than you can chew?"

Eh, we can think of numerous reasons but we will never know. They have their ways of doing things which we cannot come to understand.

6 months here... and my fiancee call at TSC every week , always same BS,,, we work at december 3th, for over 1 month !!!

my I -130 was transferred to TSC back on November 27th 2013. My entire wait was 11 months from my initial filing April 12, 2013. The transfer letter said 60 days... it was all lies !! The last 2 weeks of waiting, I sent emails EVERYDAY to all the head directors. I guess they got tired of my emails.. It was the most frustrating situation EVER.... All I can say is.... send emails ad get your senator involved. Who knows.... Maybe you can request your file to be transferred to CSC which used to be the fastest......

CSC is still the fastest but I have been told that requests to trasnfer unless you live in a state serviced by the CSC are not honored and only cause delay.

Keep calling and badgering them, I think since you past the waiting time, that's all you can do. And good idea on contacting the senators and congressmen.

I just prepared my I-129F packet and was going to send it in this week--I addressed it to the TSC per the instructions on the USCIS website, but after hearing about these delays I was wondering if I can do anything to make sure my application gets processed by the CSC. I'm a California, so is it sent to the CSC automatically if I mail it to the TSC or do I have to call separately to request it?

you don't mail it to the processing center. It first has to go to a Lockbox facility and then they will decide which processing center your application must end up at.
