What can be done if there's no vaccination record?

My wife and step-daughter went to the Guangzhou Medical College for their medical examination. When the examination was completed my wife requested their vaccination records, they were told that they were not needed and therefore didn't get the vaccination records.

Anyone else go through the Guangzhou Medical College and were told the same thing? Also, what can be done in reference to getting the vaccination records so that I can send in the Adjustment of Status on my wife and step-daughter?

Happens often there are tests here to determine what is needed to get vaccinations here in the states, probbably 1 or 2 are needed to meet those requirements.

You could decide to send in your AOS packets and wait for the RFE to get the process started

As per your other 2 topics on this, you need to try to contact the embassy or just get all of the vaccinations redone.

You can get blood titer tests done to determine what antibodies they have (tests can be done to check for Varicella and Measles, Mumps and Rubella). If their blood test positive for these, you don't need to get shots... the test results can be used as proof. You'll have to get Tetanus shots redone as there is no test for this.
