No. Someone adjusting from a K-1 does not file an I-130. They are eligible to file for AOS based on the fact that they entered with the K-1 visa and married the USC petitioner within 90 days. You would have only needed to send a copy of your I-129F approval notice.

You wait for them to cash the checks and send you the receipt notices. It can take up to 30 days. Your AOS will now be based on the I-130 you just filed and paid for instead of the I-129F petition.

Thanks.. So now they will reevaluate everything that has done in I-129F?

Yeah, but the good news is that her GC will be approved much faster than an AOS from K-1.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

That's good.. But why?

Because concurrent I-130/I-485 cases have a mandatory joint interview which is usually scheduled in a few months, and AOS from K-1 can get approved without interview, which means the file sits as a lowest-priority item in a service center and gets approved in a year.
