I just got RFE text and email on Tuesday. Now just waiting on USPS to deliver hard copy. Looks like I will be waiting over the holiday weekend as I just got mail today and it wasn't there. Very frustrated. Seems like there were a lot of RFE's out of Texas Service Center recently. Anyone else in same boat.

That's a good sign, as soon as you get a notice from USCIS what they need,send them back and you will get your approval very soon,it happened with lots of couples here and RFE means they already reviewed your petition and just need some more evidence,it will take you around 2 weeks to get your NOA2 after that,like happened with us and many others here. Just be patient and send them what they ask.

Got the hard copy of rfe on Saturday. Needed to prove I am a citizen and needed marriage intention evidence. sent my response just now via usps supposed to arrive tomorrow by noon.

been more than 2 weeks since we sent the rfe response. still no change in online status!! :( is this normal? USPS says the package was delivered.. i havent seen a single case where there has been a delay in updating to rfe response review? anyone else in the same boat?

We are at texas service center.

Hello there,

I am also at TSC. And we sent our RFE on 7th. So it was supposed to recieve on 8th. Still i didn't get any news from USCIS. Don't know what's going on and how they are working ??????
