Hello everybody,

My father is US citizen and he was filed F3 for my two married sisters in April 2004, Now they received the AOS fee bill and my father deposits there fee and after that we received processing fee bill US $ 230 each person, but both sisters elder one are now 22 years old and NVC exclude there names , so please guide me the child protection act and how can we enter there names.
