Received my NOA1 by mail, it was on my P.O Box since 07/15! LOL My NOA1 date is 07/14.

Yay! Excited to received my biometric appt. Hopefully soon!

Hello guys,

I would be filing for ROC this week. My GC expiring on 10/16. I have collected following docs to prove our bonafied relationship.

· Copy of the passports showing joint trip to India.

· Copy of the joint tax return transcript for 2012 and 2013.

· Copy of joint house rental lease since August 2012.

· Copy of beneficiary designation showing my wife as beneficiary.

· Copy of our health insurance card showing a joint policy.

· Copy of our credit cards showing a joint account.

· Copy of joint checking and saving account at Chase.

· Copy of our airline reservations for vacations that we had or planning since 2012.

· Pics from our cultural marriage and reception ceremony which we did in India in December 2012.

· Pics from vacations we enjoyed with family and friends in USA and India.

· Home mortgage pre-qualification letter from Bank issued for our home search.

All the utilities are on my name so no point in sending them. Would it be enough? also my wife did not change her name, would it be a problem?

Hello guys,

I would be filing for ROC this week. My GC expiring on 10/16. I have collected following docs to prove our bonafied relationship.

· Copy of the passports showing joint trip to India.

· Copy of the joint tax return transcript for 2012 and 2013.

· Copy of joint house rental lease since August 2012.

· Copy of beneficiary designation showing my wife as beneficiary.

· Copy of our health insurance card showing a joint policy.

· Copy of our credit cards showing a joint account.

· Copy of joint checking and saving account at Chase.

· Copy of our airline reservations for vacations that we had or planning since 2012.

· Pics from our cultural marriage and reception ceremony which we did in India in December 2012.

· Pics from vacations we enjoyed with family and friends in USA and India.

· Home mortgage pre-qualification letter from Bank issued for our home search.

All the utilities are on my name so no point in sending them. Would it be enough? also my wife did not change her name, would it be a problem?
