You Bette call them and escalate to a tier 2 representative. If you get to talk to a cool headed individual you will hear back within 5days .

Im in the same boat. Mine was received July 11 2014. No rfe also. I did e-request and called customer service, their responses both saying the status is still pending and would have to wait.

Well, considering that we filed in May, and still haven't received anything from the USCIS but the notice (not even the biometrics letter,) I think you guys still have a loooooong way to go.

You might want to look into that. I think there might be a problem.

The biometrics status is current, so there was no need for them to send out the letter (we found out about that after submitting a service request in the early stage.)

Anyhow, regardless, things for those of us that filed in May 2014 don't go too well, lots of RFEs and interviews..

Today i have in the mail a letter from My e-request for outside of normal processing time, PD July 28, that letter coming from uscis office of Federal plaza, Manhattan, NY. They said we are apologize for the delay, this case is pending of adjudication, you will receive an interview date soon but now we have no interview avaiable

So after calling numerous times and being told to wait. I received a letter today saying the sent a letter in December asking for Further Evidence. I never received that request. So I'm assuming my case is now denied?

Sorry to hear about it. Don't quit, just call them and request to know what RFE they sent (pictures, taxes, more paperwork???) and submit it to them. Also explain that you never got the RFE and once you knew they wanted it you were able to prepare the paperwork right away and sent it to them.
