Well we got the dreaded RFE on Saturday the 25th. They just aren't sure that we married in good faith. Seems as though I didn't submit enough financial information,like a utility bill. I guess the title to our car with both names on it and the title to our boat with both names on it and our joint tax returns and our joint bank account statements and our joint insurance policies didn't do the trick. HELP!!

Is it recommended to include photographs to the Removal of conditions package???

photographs of my wife and I as we did the first time we filed the petition two years ago. Do you think is a good idea?

Is it recommended to include photographs to the Removal of conditions package???

photographs of my wife and I as we did the first time we filed the petition two years ago. Do you think is a good idea?

Photos are a good thing to include, but they will not be primary evidence. I included four photos of big occasions, with captions and dates over the two years.
