We sent our application in on July 11. I'm forgetting the dates off the top of my head but we have been to one biometrics appointment and then had to return. My wife's fingerprints were not acceptable by the FBI to read so we had to redo only the fingerprints. The person taking the fingerprints on the first occassion noticed they were not too good but sent them anyway. That second appointment was Sept 2. We are still waiting.

We were hoping to head off to Thailand before the prices go up in December. My wife does not want to go until we know for sure the outcome.

Any idea how long this process takes these days? By the looks of the chart above we have a while to wait.

The original biometrics date was 08/08/2014. I'll dig up the NOA1 date tomorrow.

My VJ friend (GoingCrazy2012) who filed their I-751 back in March with NOA1 date of 03/24 was just approved on 09/16 at VSC yet under the Processing Times tab it is currently showing February 20 for VSC. :huh:

Right. She worries about being called in for an interview while we are out of the country. I said we could always reschedule the interview to a later date when we return. The price for flights is dirt cheap right now. And they go up during high season December-January.

I mean if I should be expecting an interview at this point, I heard from some people that went through this process a couple of years ago and they go the approval via mail with no interview for the removal of conditions. Do you guys know if everyone gets an interview or does it depend on each process?
