And when I track my case status with my receipt number, it returns:

Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283

So I have no clues that any appointment already mailed out or returned to USCIS due to ưởng address or something. I am so worried!!!

I was also wondering how USCIS defines "current", I travelled last month but still had to get my fingerprints taken again for I-751.

Yeah I also traveled in June and came back in mid july and then mailed in my I-751 application a few days later but I still got a letter for biometric. How do they determine whats current and whats not?

My name is Tommy in the list
I sent my application on 07/08/14, NOA1 date 07/15/14, but I have not received my biometrics appointment so far, I am freaking out. I did Infopass to ask but nothing from lazy ### official at level 1). What should I do?

Try calling USCIS and request to be transferred to a tier (level) 2 agent they should be able to provide you with any updates regarding your file! I am also changing your name on the list from Tommy to your VJ name! kinda makes it easier to track how things progress based on VJ user name(s)! Good luck to you :)

I couldn't wait until I was done working from home. I checked the mail and there was the Bio letter scheduled for 08/18/2014!

Hi idk how to do this but i send my ppw on 7/11/14 recieved noa1 7/16/14 and bio 7/21/14 for 8/06/14 bio was dom can anyone updat my status pls...

Abd i have one more questio. Im looking in the envelops i sent my paperworks to Laguna Niguel, ca but my bio was send from St. Albans,VA is that mean that they send my file to VA ? Anyone have the same ?

Hi everyone, we received our Biometrics appt letter today. My Biometrics will be on August 18 :)

Our Visa Journey:

- 2003, met thru a music forum, NOT a dating site ;)
- Dec 9, 2010, met in person and engaged
- June 7, 2011, married
- Sept 28, 2011 1st Packet sent
- Sept 29, 2011, received NOA 1
- April 4, 2012, received NOA 2, move to NVC
- May 15, 2012, Case Number assigned!
- May 16, 2012, I 864 Bill paid
- May 19, 2012, Emailed DS 3032 to NVC
- May 24, 2012, Returned Completed DS 3032
- May 24, 2012, Received IV Bill
- May 24, 2012, Paid IV Bill
- May 31, 2012, AOS package SENT
- June 14, 2012, Package IV SENT
- June 26, 2012, CASE COMPLETED! 1 month, 1 week and 4 days since NVC received
- August 2, 2012, Interview, PASSED smile.png

- October 18, 2014: arrived in the US :)

July 23, 2014: Petition sent

August 1, 2014: I-797 Form (NOA) received

August 18, 2014: Biometrics done
