Benefits of Frontloading in a High-fraud Consulate

Yeah, I know this is a controversial topic and has been overflogged, pardon me.

So I want experienced VJers from high-fraud embassies to please share their experiences during the interview. Did the frontload help your case or not. For those who did not frontload their petition, would you have preferred doing that or not? I will appreciate your contributions. Thank you.

Frontloading can be both good and bad. Nigeria has come to know that real couples have taken to sending in mountains of evidence in an attempt to prove their relationships. Scammers have read up on this site on what to do and have followed the same pattern. So a heavily loaded petition can just as easily be a scammer. It is not such much the tonnage of your petition but the quality of what you submit. 6000 pages of phone bills prove you are both lack a real life, pictures of you both at family gatherings show you know the family. !00 pictures at a hotel in Lagos prove you have made a trip but he is hiding his family from you. Adding him to your car insurance speaks to manufacturing evidence, Writing wills shows life planning.

Yes, it is important to front load your petition for Lagos.

Often the CO will have seen the petition before the interview and has made up his mind to approve or deny and

frontloaded items, if not submitted, could have made the difference.

Submit quality evidence that will show the natural flow of your genuine relationship, from start to current.

How much to submit is different for every couple. It depends on the red flags if there are any and

on how long the relationship is. For a 4 year relationship you obviously have more evidence than for 6 months.

Submit a nice flow of communication through varies methods and itemize all trips and back it all up with photos.

You can write a timeline letter, describing your relationship, how you met etc.

Frontload with evidences from different categories.

Don't just print 200 pages of facebook or whatsapp chat log but 5 pictures of just two of you together. Pick small of everything-

- your first message on facebook or email. its establishes chronological of your relationship (if you stated that your relationship started in 2011 but you printed 200 pages from 2012 upward, your stark evidence would be questionable- someone was denial for this reason)

- pics with both family, friends and events that you attended that can tell story not just two of you in different attires. (good gesture in pics is very important, no holiness gap or distance, or 'pant down' pics (no desperation, pls))

To establish finance- open joint account or send western union regularly (i received a lot of $50 from on fiancee)

- tell 'how did you meet' story well not just we met through friend's friend.

in our case, about 10 pages of facebook but all are from our earliest messages, 20 pics of us, family and friends but 15 pics of our son, 24 pages of rebtel and many others at moderate level, no excess.

Western Union money transfers aren't advisable for high fraud consulates because it can have the appearance of

"paying" the USC for immigration benefits.

@Ebunoluwa, what if the Western Union transfer is the other way round as in, the USC is the sender, I believe it doesn't show anything negative.

We have chat logs from '11 till date, fiance has only visited once due to work and school, that was some months back, we also have photos together, with friends and family. Have letters and cards we've exchanged too. And we plan to include them all. I hope it isn't going to be too much.

I think it is not advisable to put down the money issue. Just chats, letters and pictures.

It looks even worst the USC sending especially if she is a woman. And really more if she is older.

I can be looked at as if the American is in a romance scammed used for money. We the American sending money to our poor African hunny.

It's just not normal for women to be sending money to men and supporting them no matter how much we know its cool and normal. Perception is everything and face it this is Nigeria we are speaking of. Perception!

It does show that he is accepting money from you which the CO can perceive as it being the reason for the relationship.

Leave the money transfers out or include one or two with low amounts, such as for a birthday, Christmas gift.

I have never met anybody on this site and do not expect to do so. I had assumed that this was normal but now I am not so sure.
