How about a petition to VJ to limit all these requests for petitions which inevitably just reflect the thread starter's particular circumstances (rather than any kind of general intention to make immigration law more fair....)

I believe you did not either read it or understood it. all the threads are started for the purpose of getting advice or help from other members regarding particular circumstances of the thread starter. having said that this thread is about improvement in immigration law as it is a humanitarian issue and affects many families. I signed this petition not because its my personal issue. We shouldnt be selfish to limit the immigration benefits to ourselves only. think about others who are suffering because of this flaw in immigration rules.

You want to create a case where you marry off the oldest then petition the rest of the family to jump to the from of the immigration line. Highly unfair. If you are adult enough to get married you are adult enough to live without mommy and daddy until they are done with their responsibilities to younger children. If they chose to abandon those kids to come to the US so be it.
