Hi all.

I ve some questions regarding the ds 260 form.

1- my primary occupation is student. I am a part time worker too. Should I mention my part time job as a second primary occupation ?

2- I ve been refused access to the USA at a port of entry once but had been accepted another time aftrr that. Is there any specific words to use or to avoid using when I am asked to explain this ( refused access, withdrawal, denial...) and does it harmfully affect my candidature?

3- is the medical exam report required at the interview a proof for the medical vaccination, or should we provide s.t. else as a document to establish?

Thanks and good luck for all.

I don't think the form supports two jobs at once. I remember someone trying to do this the other day and being unable to.

Depends what it was for. Since you were subsequently accepted it may not have been such a big deal however getting refused is never a good thing.

You need documentation to prove vaccination. You can get it at any doctor or add it to the medical exam.

For 1, well, a part time job is not a *primary occupation* if you are doing something else fulltime ....so no.

For 2: Just say what happened at the border. They'll be able to look it up on their systems and certainly will so I don't think semantics makes any difference.

For 3 you will get the proof you need from the medical exam.

Your physician should have a record of your immunizations. If you don't have a family doctor you can have antibody testing to prove your immunity. Then you won't have to have the vaccinations a 2nd time. Being from Canada we need less vaccinations than other countries. It does depend on age and what is seasonally appropriate. Most of the doctors who do the US Medicals have websites to show what vaccinations you need for your age.

Being from Canada we need less vaccinations than other countries.

I presume you mean need less "extra" vaccinations as you will already have had them? (Because the CDC list of required vaccinations does not vary by country of origin)
