Hi everyone,

hubby and I have different opinions on how to fill out the I-130, the very top of the second page,

section "C. Information about your alien relative (continued)/17. List spouse and all children of your relative".

Hubby thinks I should be mentioned there (including my daugther). But I think my hubby should be mentioned there (including my daugther).

I am the Beneficiary and my husband is the Petitioner...

pppllleeeaaassseee help....

Thanks :D

Yes you should include your name and your daughter's name in that field.

Thanks! Still have my doubts tho...

The top page says "Information about your ALIEN relative" and my spouse - since I am the alien relative - is my hubby...

But maybe I am just totally puzzled....

on C 17 they are asking for the petitioners' relative "spouse and children". since he is filing for you, you are the relative. therefore you have to list your spouse and kids. petitioners' name(if petitioner is husband) and kids.

Thanks, that's what I thought too...

So, I don't need to list my daugther there since he's not the biological father, right?

Awwww, I am confused....
