Oh I've been waiting to see your update that your Oath has been scheduled ! And it looks like exactly a month after you sent in the requested evidence ...

Congratulations on getting your oath scheduled! I wish they would just require that evidence be sent if the greencard was obtained through marriage. I'm sure a lot of people are caught off guard.

I also have been asked for the evidence even though I'm divorced right now and I applied under 5-year rule.

I just received an update that my oath is scheduled and the letter is on its way! Yay!

Hi all,

My husband filed July 2014 had his interview on Jan 22, still waiting for the oath letter. The online status is not showing any new updates, a week after the interview it changed to oath has been scheduled and then it changed back to Interview has been scheduled, which is a little strange. We contacted the 1800 number but they are not very helpful.

I know we have to wait but we have seen others that apply after him that had the oath scheduled. I just dont want the letter to get lost

He had the interview in NYC, anyone else from this area going through the same?

Same experience here. D.C field office. Passed interview on Jan 24th. Called a couple days ago, they said allow 120 days processing time. I'm so anxious waiting for the status to change online.

Forget the online status; if you got a notice stating that your oath has been scheduled, then you're approved and you should get your letter soon.

I had my 2 year green card when I was in east coast and removed my conditional green card in Houston. Now I have my interview in Houston for citizenship. I have done change of address each team I moved in USCIS website.

I heard couple of people cases files didn't get to their current place that they are interviewing.

My question: isn't change of address take care of that? Or am I missing something here!?

The change of address form is supposed to take care of it, but there are some cases where files aren't sent to the new office. This is more common when someone moves after they file the n400, but it can happen in your situation as well. I don't think you should worry; if you went through ROC in Houston, they probably have everything they need at the Greenspoint USCIS office.
