Jeez, a third one?! It's probably another mistake.

She hopes so. She thought it was an interview notice when she saw this letter in the mailbox.

She also told me that when she called them on December 8th, they might have said they would re-send the second biometrics letter, but it is different than that one.

Another person who filled from Houston got the third bio letter too. They told him the second one was glitch!

I will assume I will get a third bio letter too after they said the second one was glitch! If I get a third one I am thinking just to go ahead and do the bio again but I am not sure if this is good or bad...meaning if I do another finger print...it is possible that this would delay the process even more...

Another person who filled from Houston got the third bio letter too. They told him the second one was glitch!

I will assume I will get a third bio letter too after they said the second one was glitch! If I get a third one I am thinking just to go ahead and do the bio again but I am not sure if this is good or bad...meaning if I do another finger print...it is possible that this would delay the process even more...

I did mine the second time and I just received my interview letter. To save you trouble, I think you should go ahead and do yours just in case they lost your fingerprints. Even if they didn't, doesn't hurt to have an extra copy. Maybe that's why my process sped up.

I already checked with the officer there and he put my info in his computer and told me my finger print is already processed and he put in writing in my second bio letter!

If I get my third bio letter this will be weird and most likely glitch like my second bio letter!

The question is here what to do if I get the third bio letter! I am pretty sure they will say it's glitch again and again!!

The Houston office is such a hot mess. I received my notice after my biometrics almost immediately and in line for interview scheduling on August 22.

“On August 22, 2014, we started the interview scheduling process for your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization , Receipt Number ******. We will send you an interview notice. Please follow any instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your interview notice by November 20, 2014 please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice.”

So I contacted USCIS for a status update on November 20^th and also put in a notice online. To which I received an email that said this:

“Thank you for your request: USCIS will review and process the request. Expect a reply by December 16, 2014.”

Been waiting for a reply and nothing. Checked online and finally today this was updated in my case status when I logged in:

“As of November 24, 2014, your inquiry about a notice that you did not receive, referral number *****, is currently not assigned for processing.”

So yup… Still waiting…

Mm 906 i don't know what is going on in the office. I am still waiting to get inline after my first bio 8/19 ... second bio letter turned out to be a glitch I am not even sure if I get another bio letter...

I believe we are unlucky to be part of one the slowest office in the nation!

I hope at least I get inline for interview...this is unreal ?

I just recieved an update for my case: On January 5, 2015, we started the interview scheduling process for your Form N400.

I was not inline for 5 months after my finger print now I get this...glad to see Houston is moving

You will probably receive another update that the interview is scheduled either today or tomorrow. Both my friend and I received the second update several hours later.
