My friend didn't call yet since she is expecting to receive the letter by tomorrow.

Last week it took me exactly one week to get the interview letter.

Can you please let us know when your friend get it and I will let you know when I get mine. Someone else in here got the second bio letter in beginning of the month and when he took it to do the finger print they told him that it was glitch in their system!

I am assuming this will delay the process especially in Houston that is already so slow!

November 3, 2014 - interview notice is issued (email/text alert)

November 10, 2014 - interview notice received with the interview date of December 11, 2014.

November 10, 2014 - request to reschedule mailed out

December 5, 2014 - interview notice is sent out (email/text alert)

December 11, 2014 - received an interview letter in mail

January 10, 2015 - interview on Saturday at 7am

January 26, 2015 - sent the requested documentation

February 26, 2015 - oath letter is issued (email/text alert)

March 2, 2015 - oath letter is received

March 18, 2015 - oath at 8am

Have fun on the 25th DCnova and Aswanco! We live in Springfield (August filers - husband's interview is in December). I know an Irish girl getting naturalized that day too. :)

Hello All,

This past Friday Nov 21st, I took the oath and am finally a US CITIZEN !!!. My looooong journey with USCIS has finally come to an end. 12 years and several thousand dollars later there are no more 'steps' in the immigration process :) to undergo. I am finally done!

I'm still waiting for that dumb 2nd fingerprint letter. It's been 13 days since I got the text/email notice. Hearing everyone else' progress just make me more nervous and anxious. Hope for the best.

Hi Everyone,

Got my USCIS e-notification and text Friday afternoon telling me that I have been scheduled for my oath ceremony, and will receive my notice in the mail with the date, time, etc.

Hoping to get the letter in the mail before Thanksgiving!

I have been "In Line for Interview" since 9/15 and my status when I check online still says that if I haven't received notice of the actual interview scheduled date by December 15 I should contact the office to ask them to re-send the interview scheduling notice.

Can someone give me their two senses on if it is possible to just call them right now to make sure that they did not somehow misplaced my file or something. Or can they just get me in trouble and delay the process further if I call them before the noted date (12/15)?

I filed my case in Dallas and should be interviewing in Dallas.
