Hello, I am a F-1 PhD student applying for a Green Card through marriage. My wife is from the U.S. We got married last May and she also graduated last May. Her income from June is above the poverty level but, before June, her income was less than $16,000 annually so, even if we can show a good current income in our form I-864, her taxes data until this point will show a level of poverty below the poverty level. I can include my income until now in the form so we are above the poverty level but I don´t know if it counts. I don´t know if we should try to find a joint sponsor anyway. Could you please give me your advice? Thank you for your answers.

Please find a joint sponsor, they base on most recent tax document to evaluate your financial sponsor.
