Hello everybody.

I didnt include any pics of us as a proof of our relationships, but included only our bank statement as I thought you can bring photos to an interview. Would that be a reason for RFE? Thanks

I-485 Adjustment of Status

03/31/2014 I mailed applications to Chicago lockbox
04/02/2014 Package received by USCIS
04/10/2014 E-notification paperwork received
04/10/2014 Checks cashed
04/14/2014 Hard notice received in a mail
04/18/2014 Biometrics app letter received for 05/12/2014
04/24/2014 Walk-in biometrics done at Port Chester, NY office( no problems at all, very nice people)
04/29/2014 My status online changed to Request for evidence
05/03/2014 got RFE and now status is stuck on Request for evidence response review.
08/26/2014 Status changed to Testing and Interview
08/29/2014 Got an email update interview scheduled for October 1st and paper notice sent out
10/1/2014 HAd our interview at Hartford,CT office. wasnt approved on the spot. 10/3/2014 Got an update that status of I485 changed to Card Production. Then at night changed to Decision. I 130 Post decision activity
10/09/2014 Status changed to Card production We mailed you a new card. You'll receive within 30 days
10/09/2014 Got a tracking number. Estimated delivery 10/11/2014
10/11/2014 Green card in hand!
Whole process took 6 month( thanks to RFE) :)

9/16/2016 Package sent to USCIS Vermont

9/22/2016 Check cashed

9/24/2016 Notice of Action in the mail dated 9/20/2016

10/2/2016 Received a letter for Biometrics for 10/19/2016

05-2011 Moved in with the then-Boyfriend-now-Hubby

04-2013 Got engaged to the then-Fiance-now Hubby, worked part time on F-1 CPT
06-2013 Graduated with a B.S., F-1 OPT approved, worked full time on F-1 OPT
09-2013 Got married to the Hubby
10-2013 Filed I-485, I-130, I-693, I-864, G-325A's
11-2013 Biometrics, filed I-131
12-2013 I-131 approved (got a lawyer to expedite processing)
03-2014 Filed AR-11, I-865 for change of address
04-2014 Interview notice for Cinco de Mayo
05-2014 I-130/I-485 approved on the spot, I-551 mailed to new address within 7 calendar days

I came as J-1 then changed twice for B-2. Then overstayed for 2.5 years.

What kind of visa did you enter the US on?

You should be fine. I only sent our joint tenancy agreement and marriage certificate - no RFE. I'll bring a few pictures to the interview.

Hey buddies! Talking about proof of bona fide marriage, what about couples who are been living together for more than 2 years and have child/children together? Do they still need to send a bunch of documents? I believe the kid(s) should be an excellent and tremendous proof....

Kids can't be filed or archived can they??

Pictures are considered secondary evidence anyways. I only sent 10 in with my application, and am bringing about 20-30 more max to my interview. Pictures can be staged, the IO is going to be more concerned with documents showing joint accounts and co-mingling.
