I don't think she is trying to be a role model at all. I think she is trying to work for bullying awareness or something. And of course she can't get a regular job, are you nuts? Who would hire her? No one.

I thought that was what it said in the op - that she was marketing herself as a role model, I might have misunderstood. I still don't see why anyone wouldn't hire her in the regular work wold, she made a decision that she now regrets when she was 24. The decision wasn't the terrible imo,I'd hire her if she demonstrated aptitude for the job. Why not?

Well, I would like to believe that people would hire her, but I think the reality is that her presence in the workplace would be seen as a distraction to the workers and to productivity overall, leading to her not getting hired anywhere.
