Hi Steve, Latest is good but you can also bring with you your last 2 years ITR just to be sure if ever they ask it from your Fiancee during the interview. Some interviewer asked it but some are not. Better be prepared than sorry..

Have a nice day!

I've heard as a general rule that you will need to bring 3. However, it does vary by country.

Another factor playing into how much proof of salary you will need is how close are you to the poverty guidelines.

11/2004 - Met in Brazil

09/2006 - Apply for K1

03/2007 - K1 approved

04/2007 - Apply for AOS & EAD

07/2007 - EAD approved

01/2008 - Conditional Residency approved

11/2009 - Apply to remove conditions

02/2010 - Permanent Residency approved

11/2010 - Apply for Citizenship

03/2011 - Citizenship approved

07/2011 - Moved back to Brazil

First I want to say that your fiancee is very beautiful and you both look very happy, my fiancee is from Zamboanga and her interview is on 2/16/07. Thanks for your response I will send my last 3 years, do you know if they also require a recent pay stub, and best of luck on the 23rd

It varies by the embassy.

The general rule in Canada has been 3 if you are showing self-employment, 1 if you are using it just to prove income from a job.

Hope that helps!
