This question pertains to a permanent resident sponsoring children under 21 (F2A status)

Would it be possible for her (my mother in law in this case) to obtain a reentry permit while the visas are in process for her children under 21?

Approximately how long does it take for a visa in this category (under21 child of PR) to be issued?

Approximately how long does it take for a visa in this category (under21 child of PR) to be issued?

If the petition hasn't been filed yet then it would depend how the visa bulletin will move. It's anyone's guess at this point.
