Hi all!

Not sure if im posting in the right area but here goes...

I'm a little confused at where me and my wife are at and what should be coming next/what we should do now.

As far as we are aware we have...

1. Paid the AOS fee

2. My wife has sent the package containing her pay stubs, tax info etc...

3. Everything else before this has been done

From here im a bit cloudy on what goes on and i think the names of everything have gotten us confused..

On the ceac.state.gov website it says i have to complete the DS-260.. which when i click on the main page of the website takes me to the same page as the DS-261 but nothing about a DS-260?

Also under the Affidavit or support section it says we have paid the fee but underneath the documents and evidence section it has n/a and when clicked takes us to a page suggesting we send photographs or birth certificates etc but we thought the tax and pay stubs was the AOS documentation?

Also under the application information section it says i should pay a IV fee but when i click it, it doesnt give me an option to pay anything

Could anyone shed any light on why were not seeing information we should be seeing?!

Ive attached 2 screen shots for piece of mind!

If you completed the DS261 you will receive an email in 1-4 weeks with instruction to pay the IV fee. After that, you would need to send in the Civil documents. Then you will receive another email with instruction to complete the DS-260. If all your docs are good. It will be complete soon after the DS260.

Here's the NVC Process wiki. But you need to submit the DS-261 to be able to pay the IV Bill.
