A. Have u ever received a suspended sentence, been placed on probation, or been paroled? My answer is NO

B. If "YES", have u completed the probation or parole? Should i answer Yes or No

Since your answer is NO for A, NO is for B as well...

I don't think you answer Yes or No to question B ... You leave it blank

Question B only applies if you answered YES to question A
