I am quite surprised that so many people seem so shocked about the prevalence of soft porn photography between couples. Digital photography has made this a real part of many loving relationships and it's not just women that have naked and provocative pictures of themselves. Whilst a relationship is ongoing, these photographs will be used as part of normal sexual relations but of course there is a danger that after a relationship ends these pictures could be used aggressively by one or other of the ex partners. It is therefore a good idea to have them subject to legal action of they are used for 'revenge' against a previous sexual partner.

On a side note, most people here have been involved in a long distance relationship with a fiance/spouse, would it be really that surprising if there were soft porn photographs circulated between these couples and would that really display poor choice?

Me, too. There is even some Diaz film about a bored couple making a sex tape to spice up their sex life.

It's an interesting topic, In he UK prior to digital photography I believe it was a crime if a photographic developer printed and distributed sexual material, including consensual material, so I doubt there were too many couples that got their hot pics developed and printed unless they did it themselves. Now, anyone and everyone can do it, and lots do.
