Checklist ds261

Today, we got a checklist for our son's ds261, stating we need to complete formds261 although we already completed it last june 7. Called Nvc a week after submission, they received it and need 30days to review. Now we received this checklist, what to do? Do we need to resubmit the form knowing it would add up another 30 days?

I've read here from other filers that they got checklist for the simple reason that they didn't put N/A instead of leaving it blank. Did you leave some questions blank?

As far as I remember, I dont leave any questions blank. Hoping this was just a false checklist. Together with that checklist, we also received another one about my husband sending the i864 instead of i864w. We got that corrected, just this form ds261 were concerned.

Already solved. That was just a false checklist. Iv fee appeared and paid today. Meaning the ds261 were already reviewed and accepted. Thanks.
