Citizen sent to Asia for work couple year, green card holder will go with him, what to do

Hi everyone,

We just file of AOS package and are facing an issue now.

Husband(citizen) will be sent to Singapore to work for a lengthy period of time, probably 3 year. Wife (AOS right now, will have the green card hopefully soon) will accompany him to Asia. Here is the problem: how does she maintain her permanent residency? Does it affect the application towards removing conditions on her green card?

We have absolutely zero idea on this, please help!

Leaving the US for three years would abandon any residency the alien was granted.

Day 341 (12/10/18) Interview was scheduled for 1/14/19

Day 376 (1/14/19) Interview

Day 385 (1/23/19) Denied

Day 400 (2/7/19) Denial revoked; N-400 approved; oath ceremony set for 2/14/19

Day 407 (2/14/19) Oath ceremony in Dallas, TX
