Hi all, I need your thoughts on this. My fiance and I have met in 2010 and our relationship started in 2012 and have been seeing each other yearly for a month. We've got problems in early 2013 that caused him to be talking with another girl and got her pregnant. He told me about that when he came here in 2013 too, He told me he didnt love the girl and that the girl moved to a different state. Anywho, I got pregnant too and gave birth in April this year. Fiance and I are planning to process k1 visa this year but I just would like to know if there's a possibility that it will get denied considering that he has two kids from two different girls. Would they question our relationship? Or would they just focus on his income to support the two kids and me?

need your help guys. we haven't filed the papers yet because we are still researching on this case, Any info would certainly help.

Are you the beneficiary?

USCIS does not care about cheating or having kids from different girls. They don't even care about both of you have had problems before. All they care that both of you in a good term prior filing petition, no visa fraud, or just to get a green card. There are several cases similar to you on here. The problem you might be encounter that the US embassy will ask you to do DNA test to prove your fiancé is the biological father of your 4-old-month baby.

Know your enemy and know yourself and you can fight a hundred battles without disaster.Strategy without tactics is the slowest route to victory. Tactics without strategy is the noise before defeat

Thanks for your reply. IF say the embassy requires my baby to do DNA test my fiance should come home here in the Philippines right?

That is actually better.

They might not question your relationship, but maybe you should. He cheated on you. Whty would you want to be with him?

It is OP decision and her fiancé if they want to continue the relationship. As myself I would never compromise cheating and it is a deal breaker for me. But this is not a website for a counseling. This is a website to give advise anyone who wants to immigrate to the US. The OP and fiancé are 2 adults and can make their own decision unless the OP asked opinion about her future relationship with her fiancé.

I don't know how it works. You can posted on the Philippines sub-forum regarding your question. Again, there are similar cases like yours here. I just can't find those posts now.
