I have a very important concern that maybe others living abroad can help me with regarding the W2 for the I134 Affidavit of support. Ive been living and working in Hong Kong since Sep of 2012 and according to my tax agent i did not need to file Us taxes for the 2013 year since I did not work there and i made under the amount required to file. However, for the affidavit of support it requests a W2. What should i do? Can i just use my tax documents from hk showing i paid here and all my work documents? I am moving back to the US in July to start working and i am a June filer. So is it possible that i will receive a W2 for the 2014 from this employer before my fiancees interview? (We are at TSC, so im expecting the interview to be in February, hopefully!) Please please help if you have experienced this before!

Thanks!
