I filed for a K1 visa for my fiance about a month ago in the Texas service center. Sent evidence such as phone logs, text messages, photos and flight itinerary, What I forgot to send :bonk: which I still have is my stamps on passport. Does anyone know if I will get a RFE or is my flight itinerary enough? I'm sure this question was probably asked before but if anyone has any new recent info regarding this I would greatly appreciate your response. :help:

  • Flight itinerary is not a proof both of you already have met in person. People can buy ticket without using it.
  • Passport stamps and boarding passes showed both of you at same place and date. Those are sufficient.
  • Just wait to see if it caused you get RFE. My husband and I forgot to include passports biographical pages only passport stamps. Some people here got RFE because forgot to include those. Luckily we did not. We were approved in 38 days without RFE.

Yes you will get an RFE for that. I got an RFE for not providing that at first.

April 15, 2014 : I-129F Package Sent

April 19, 2014 : I-129F Package Delivery Confirmation via USPS

April 25, 2014 - Alien Registration Number changed

April 28, 2014 - NOA1 received in mail.

May 23, 2014 - RFE received in mail.

June 5, 2014 - Response to RFE Sent

June 11, 2014 - NOA2 Approval via website!!!

June 14, 2014 - NOA2 received in mail.

June 24, 2014 - NVC Case # via phone!

June 25, 2014 - NVC forwarded case to Embassy

June 26, 2014 - Embassy received case.

June 26, 2014 - NVC letter in mail.

August 4-5, 2014 - Medical

August 6, 2014 - CFO Seminar

August 13, 2014 - VIsa Interview (Expedited)

August 19, 2014 - VISA ready for pick up!
