Hello,

I am racking my brain as to what I did wrong on my AOS I864ez form. I received a checklist stating that I did not complete the sponsor information completely, therefore incomplete and to re submit another form.

I have a copy of my original I864ez form and the section (sponsor information) is filled out completely.

So, what did I do wrong? on the EZ form the 3 bases to qualify is a) I am the petitioner of the family memebet sponsered on this form

b) I am using only my own earned income which is documented using IRS form W2

c) The sponsored immigrant is the only person immigrating based on the underlying visa petition

I believe I fall in all the 3 requirements if my spouse is considered my family memeber then yes

I am only using my income so yes to part b

and my husband is the only person immigrating so yes to that too.

Ca anyone please tell me what happened here? I am so confused and I don't want to waste any more time this is delaying his interview now :-(
