Hi All,

For any October 2013 filers for Fiance I-129F Petition K1Visas there is hope!!! We got our Case number assigned on June 26, 2014 and it was shipped out to the Embassy today!!!! We called to find out the Case number. Followed the instructions on the thread for tracking case to the embassy through DHL. Found our package was shipped with confirmation from NVC that it went out today July 1, 2014. Checked the ceas.state.gov and case status says in transit. Confirmation in so many ways now. Excited beyond words. For those of you still waiting, May you all find the grace to continue through this process.

Congrats! Time to prepare for K-1 visa application process.

Thanks! As the Petitioner I am way ahead of that part. I have been assembling documents for over 4 weeks. Just waiting for the interview date to gather any final documents required, sign, notarize, bla, bla, bla. so everything is fresh for the interview. Beneficiary will be running to get things done at this point.
