Hi all,

My employer filed an I-129 PETITION FOR A NON IMMIGRANT WORKER on the 29th May in order for me to apply for a P3 Visa. On the 10th June I received an RFE and USCIS California Service Centre received my RFE response on 20th June. I am tracking my case status on their website daily and I am currently in the Request for Evidence Response Review stage. However I require a response from them urgently as I need to be in Chicago for the 20th July as I am teaching at a music festival. USCIS have stated on my case status that I will receive a reply within 60 days??? Can anyone help me in relation to this matter or recommend any actions I could take?? How long does the CSC generally take to reply to an RFE?? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

The best person to contact would be the Employer handling the case, they have access to updates not available to the general public.

I think you can do Premium Processing for a P3, did your Employer do this?

I am pretty sure it was their attorney that applied for it? Should I contact them? If they rang USCIS would they gain more information? No they did not opt for premium processing. Apologies for all the questions!

Definitely talk to the Lawyer, the Lawyer will know. Or have a better idea.

There is a lot to happen in 3 weeks to get a visa.
