Same here. I got my case number and iin last friday and still no access to the ds261 page.

t took us 15 days from getting the case number and invoince by calling NVC before we could access to the DS-261. You can try like once or twice a week to check if it will be available.

I just called NVC and got my case number but he told me to wait until I receive an email from NVC to do anything. I did not receive my Invoice ID number, Will NVC send Invoice ID number to my email? Is that why they told me to wait?

somebody help!

Yes in a few weeks you will receive an email stating your case number. We just went through this process. At this point you will be able to go online a few days after that and pay your AOS fee.

Since you already got your Case #, call NVC again tomorrow or the day after and find out your IIN. At that time give them the beneficiary email ID and confirm your email ID with them. You need both these numbers to log into the CEAC website for submitting DS-261, Pay AOS fees etc.

You should not wait for NVC to send you emails. Once you have the two numbers, you can continue the NVC processing by logging into their website.

Are they going to email me once DS261 and AOS fee are available or do I need to check the site everyday?

Yes NVC will email you with the Case # and IIN. We got our Case # and IIN by calling them and then about 3 days later we got the email confirming the same information.

somebody help!

did the nvc tele-operator ask you for email addresses on you and your spouse? if yes, that's a good sign. if no, call back in a few days, give over email address, ask for invoice identification number [not IIN] and see what happens.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Me too! Did you ask how long it will take to show fee bills? I called NVC last night and he said it will take 20-30 days to generate fee bills. Hope it doesn't take too long. Good to know that you have the case number, IIN and BIN. I have the case number, IIN and BIN as well. :)

I looked at the spreadsheet (google excel) and it looks like it took applicants/petitioners/attorneys 20-60 days after assigning case number, IIN and BIN or NVC received I-130 receipt.

What is IIN? I thought IIN=invoice identification number, isnt it? I was 8 number

I got my IIN last night and he verified my email address, but when I asked him if I can add my husband( beneficiary)'s email he said he cant change anything at the moment.............. I dont know why, he just told me to wait until I get an email from NVC for further instruction,in which NVC will send me an email to notify me when the DS261 and AOS bill are available. Also do i need Beneficiary number? for what process? I thought we no longer needed that number...

I think I'm just going to check online everyday to see if they appear to be available one day!!!!!
