So my husband submitted his taxes (1040 & 2555ez) his income on line 22 becomes 0 because of the foreign income exclusion (2555ez) does this mean that he needs to put 0.00 in part 6 13a, 13b, and 13c on page 6 of i-864?? Or should he use what is on line 7 of his 1040?

I think you will have to put 0 from line 22 and get co-sponsor. Your husband's income doesn't count unless he can show his income will continue in the U.S.

Thank you! We already have a joint sponsor and her form is already filled up along with supporting documents. I just wanted to confirm that this is right. Thank you so much for your reply!!

Am sorry I didn't get the answer......

Now I m working outside the US for the past 4 years, I paid Zero (0) as taxes for the US government, what do I write on 6 13a,13b,13c ?

I write all past 3 years as Zero? Am having a cosponsor
