Chris Christie: Unprincipled conservative (or is that unprincipled liberal? - you decide)

New Jersey Governor Chris Christie appeared on CNBC’s Sqwuak Box Tuesday morning and warned against GOP candidates getting “bogged down” by social issues. To demonstrate how one does not get bogged down, he answered a question as to whether the Supreme Court had correctly ruled in the so-called Hobby Lobby case yesterday by saying, “Who knows?”

“When you’re an executive, your Supreme Court makes a ruling and you gotta live with it unless you can get the legislative body to change the law or change the constitution,” Christie said.

“Why should I give an opinion on whether they’re right or wrong? At the end of the day they did what they did. That’s now the law of the land unless people in the elected branches try to change it. This is the way you get bogged down in those things.”

He's a has-been before he even started. His moment in the sun was when he illegally appropriated Hurricane Sandy relief money to make commercials of him showing how he was going to stop the storm with his own body. He's "Stronger Than the Storm, ohwaaaaaa ohhh"

Sorry, I know he's your buddy!

He sucks, but he's still much better than Hillary.

Hillary is not great, but she still beats Christie by a mile.

Unfortunate once again it will probably come down to who sucks the least. Was Mitt VS Obama really a choice. That was like Bud or bud light . I would for once love to vote for someone instead of against someone.

FYI: Idiot Andrew Cuomo has done the same thing with non-stop self serving commercials in New York.

And yet people still wonder why intelligent people don't want to pay even a penny more in taxes.

I like the small business commercials about yogurt in NY!

But Christie's money was not for taxes, it was federal relief money for victims.

Didn't taxpayer money fund Christie's commercials? I believe he felt he was 'justified' to spend disaster relief funds on TV commercials under the guise of bringing in more business to areas affected by the "storm", when it really was a thinly veiled attempt to boost his image and get reelected. They were in effect feel-good campaign commercials. I think its the same with these incredibly annoying nonstop commercials in NY.
