My Fiance has her interview coming up and we are struggling with the evidence portion of the paperwork. We have hundreds of pages of Whatsapp, Facebook, and Skype conversations, along with pictures, visa stamps, etc. our problem is that the only way that we have found to print off facebook, skype, and whatsapp conversations is through copying and pasting them to word documents. Is this acceptable for the interview, and if not, what can we do?

Make sure it is in English. If it is not, it needs to be translated and certified. What I did is I had third party that spoke language I used and English translate it and then a state notary that can cofirm that that person did speak both languages notarized that. I didn't get RFE. Haven't had Interview yet tho. and to show on going relationship I just put it in a Word doc like you said and tranlated myself and included this in the beginning:

"I, Maximilian Zimin, do hereby that translation from Russian language to English below is true and can be verified and notarized by certified professional.

"

This might not work if you country is a high fraud risk. My country is not, so i should be good to go.

In addition to helpful previous post(Took me forever to figure out how to do that), also would like to add, that you can do the same thing with What's App. Just go to person's profile by clicking on person's name on top of the chat and there will be an option to e-mail history in a text document.

Hope any of this helps;)

GOOD LUCK!

hello

you can import whatsapp conversations

when you are in your conversation windows, clic on menu and you have "more" , you can block, delete conv, or send conv to email ! this is what i did for myself

for other tools, just print screen , the same you have past, once to show your good intention

good luck

if you could call, bring your detailed bill (like i'm doing)

That's exactly what we done. We've extracted and pasted relevant Skype, email, etc. communication records into a Word doc,

and printed. We had so much communication that we had to just select limited information, and it still ended up being about 100 pages.

just as a side note for these are considered secondary evidence. The best thing you could show are passport stamps if you have seen your fiance recently. With any bookings made together to show you were actually at the same place at the same time. While whatsapp etc shows you talk it doesnt prove your relationship as these things can be very easily faked.

They already mentioned that they have pictures, visa stamps, etc.

The question was about how the details of Fb and whatsapp chat logs should be printed. :D

The beneficiary had and passed her interview in mid-July. This thread is being moved to the Embassy/Consulate forum and will be locked, to avoid any more fresh answers to a passé matter.

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).
