Good Day,

My husband and I are in need of urgent help. Any advice would be very much appreciated. My husband is on an EAD right now through his workplace and I am a US citizen - we applied for a green card through marriage. We postponed the first interview since we couldn't get time off from work. The second interview letter we never received the interview letter at all and then instead received a denial of our I-130 and I-485 (we then applied for an I-290B to reopen, which got approved and then got another interview, which again we never got the letter for (we live in an apartment where mail is often times delivered to neighbors). After this, we applied for another I-290B and just got denied - just got the letter today, which was written a week ago. What can we do. We are desperate. Please please help us. Any advice would be much appreciated. My husband's job and our life are on the line. Thank you for your advice in advance.

There seems to be way too much going on here.

Consider an Infopass appointment. Go in and talk to an officer. Explain what happened. Find out why the appointment letters aren't getting to you. Correct that and get a new appointment rescheduled.

From USCIS' point of view, all they see is that you keep missing appointments and don't seem interested in the process. Obviously you are, but you've got to get all these difficulties straightened out.

Good luck.

Bill
